This document is a strong operational draft for CN3D Docs and is not legal advice. The individual site operator should have public contact details, operator identity wording and jurisdiction wording reviewed before relying on it as final legal text.

Educational information only

CN3D Docs provides educational 3D printing guides, calibration calculators, troubleshooting flows, knowledge base articles, project documentation and related tools. The content is not professional engineering, legal, electrical, firmware, workplace safety or product certification advice.

3D printers can involve heat, electricity, moving parts, firmware changes, wiring, tools and materials that may create risk. Users are responsible for their own printer modifications, wiring, firmware changes, calibration decisions, materials and safety checks.

No guarantee of results

CN3D Docs aims to be accurate and practical, but print results depend on hardware, assembly, filament, environment, slicer settings, firmware, maintenance and user judgment. CN3D does not guarantee perfect prints, compatibility, safety, uptime or uninterrupted access.

Accounts and acceptable behavior

• Use your own account and keep access secure.
• Do not submit false, illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive or misleading content.
• Do not attack, probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits or attempt unauthorized access to CN3D Docs, Supabase data, APIs or admin areas.
• Do not use newsletter, assessment, feedback or project forms for spam, phishing, malware, harassment or automated abuse.

User submissions

When you submit feedback, assessment data, MMX serial request information, photos, video links, build logs, notes or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate rights of others.

For MMX serial requests and community build features, public display depends on the consent choices shown in the form. Private email and contact details are not intended for public display.

Intellectual property

CN3D guides, text, images, UI, branding, project documentation and original site materials are owned by CN3D or its contributors unless a page states otherwise. STL, 3MF, CAD, firmware, configuration or project files may have their own license terms shown near the files or in third-party repositories.

You may use CN3D Docs for personal learning and printer calibration. Redistribution, republication, large-scale copying, scraping, commercial reuse or removal of attribution is not allowed unless a specific license permits it or CN3D gives written permission.

External links and community platforms

CN3D Docs links to external platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Printables, GitHub, Buy Me a Coffee and PayPal. Those services are controlled by third parties and have their own terms, privacy policies, moderation rules and payment flows.

Changes and availability

CN3D may update, reorganize, remove or correct content, calculators, project pages, accounts, forms or APIs at any time. CN3D may suspend access where needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal reasons.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CN3D is not liable for damage, loss, failed prints, printer damage, injury, data loss, lost profits, downtime or third-party platform issues arising from use of CN3D Docs or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The governing law, venue and consumer-dispute wording still need to be confirmed for the individual site operator and the operator's actual location, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the user's country of residence.
